Buyukada Bike Tour

We leave all the traffic, noise, chaos and concrete jungle of Istanbul behind with a ferry and step into a lush, clean world in Büyükada. With its wooden houses, bougainvilleas, lush nature, navy blue sea and cyclists, it feels like we have arrived in a summer town on the Mediterranean coast.

The most peaceful feature of Büyükada is that there are no motor vehicles on the island and transportation is provided by bicycle.

There is still a nostalgic atmosphere in Büyükada, where different cultures, religions and languages have peacefully met and lived together in Istanbul for years, where everyone, Muslim, Jewish, Greek, Armenian, is one and holidays are celebrated together.

Büyükada Grand Tour Route

This stage, which is 12 km long in total, allows you to discover the most beautiful spots of Büyükada. Büyükada is the largest and most popular of Istanbul's Prince Islands.

The tour starts from Büyükada Pier. From the pier, we start exploring the historical and natural beauties by walking around the island. Dilburnu, one of the first stops, has one of the most beautiful views of the island. We can take a short break here and enjoy nature.

Maden and Yörükali Beaches, which are the most popular beaches of Büyükada, are ideal places to enjoy the sea and the sun.

For many years, Büyükada was famous for its horse-drawn carriages. Horse-drawn carriages were one of the most important means of transportation on the island, and horses were the basic elements of this transportation. After the removal of the horse-drawn carriages, the horses remaining on the island began to live in the İspark Horse Stables of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB). The horses are cared for and protected in these stables. The horses living in the stables are regularly visited and fed by volunteers. By visiting the horse shelter in Büyükada, we have the opportunity to interact with and feed the horses.

Cycling on the nostalgic streets of Büyükada is a great opportunity to discover the island's historical wooden houses and bougainvillea-adorned streets. You can feel the unique atmosphere of the island by walking on these streets.

The tour ends at the point where it started, the Büyükada Pier.

Program: We start to gather in Büyükada at the specified time in the morning. The event start and finish point is Büyükada Pier. Transportation to and from Büyükada is the responsibility of the person.

Bicycle Training:

We come to our bicycle training area and start our bicycle riding training program. We provide brief information on topics such as hill ascent and descent techniques, gear usage, sudden braking techniques, techniques required to avoid saddle pain, group riding rules, breath control, enjoyable bicycle riding techniques without getting tired. We experience the bicycle riding techniques we learned during our bicycle tour.

Yoga and Breath Work:

We relax our body and soul with yoga and breath work.

Bicycles are on Us!

Bicycles are provided by us in our bicycle experience tour organized in Büyükada. The most suitable bikes are selected according to the participants' height, weight and riding level, ensuring that everyone has a safe and comfortable riding experience. We have different sizes and types of bike options. You can choose the one that suits you best from various options such as mountain bikes and city bikes. There are also bikes for children.

The saddle, handlebar and pedal adjustments of the bikes are made professionally according to the participants' body structure. This ensures maximum comfort and performance during the ride.
